The Welcome Mat

This is my first attempt at a blog, the name of which is a line from one of my favorite movies of all time - Rushmore, a film by Wes Anderson. This site is dedicated to my love of music and my love of collecting music. I will try to post some interesting articles as well as generate some lists, give some CD reviews and talk about where some great music can be found in a world where the independent music stores are becoming extinct.
